These terms are between you and LifeLens. By using LifeLens, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can legally enter this agreement.

Not medical advice

LifeLens organizes information supplied by users. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, monitor emergencies, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Contact local emergency services for urgent care.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant LifeLens permission to store and process it solely to operate the service. Do not upload information you lack the right to use.

Paid access

Plus and Family purchases provide 30 days of access after successful payment verification. They do not renew automatically. Prices and limits are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, completed access periods are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with other users, or use Emergency Card links to expose another person’s information.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LifeLens is not liable for clinical decisions, emergency outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may export your record and delete your account from Settings. Accounts used unlawfully or in ways that threaten the service may be suspended.
